Fantastic Experience at The Blue Bird Cafe! The pizza was excellent, with truly authentic flavors and generous toppings. The live music on Saturday evening was fantastic, creating a wonderfully lively atmosphere. Despite being very busy, the service was great, with a friendly welcome even for a solo diner. I also visited during the day and it was just as good. I highly recommend The Blue Bird Cafe and would definitely visit again!

Lovely place! Had the handmade beans on toast with bacon which they did crispy for me. Absolutely delicious, lovely cute place and friendly lovely staff. Spot on!

We only tried the coffees, which were excellent. We didn't try the food (we had already booked another place) though the cakes looked delicious and home made. They also have live music.

Stopped here on a long distance cycle route last May, we'll be doing a similar route again this May so I've just checked the cafe is still open as we'll plan to go again is was so good! We both had the vegan tart (which was one of the specials I think) and some cakes which were all amazing, plus very friendly staff!

Great place, had a drink, didn't eat there but the menu looks fab, fantastic decor and service, staff are very friendly, they hold live music on Saturday and Sunday and one of the very few places that have a jazz lunch once a month on a Sunday

This place is really great!! We’ve only been in the town a week and have been here 3 times. Twice for a bacon sandwich for brekky, and a pizza for dinner. The pizza is GREAT!!!! Lovely base. Great size. And good price. Recommend this place so so much. Best cafe in town. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
